11:00 protein shake (banana, blueberries, veg all protein, almond milk)
3:00 1/2 pb&j on whole grain, grapes & strawberries, tiny bit of munchies mix D:
6:00 gnocchi, pasta sauce, green beans, salad crescent roll
9:00 red wine & trail mix
